MachineTek has achieved the rigorous quality management standard for the aerospace industry.

ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100

MachineTek has achieved the rigorous quality management standard for the aerospace industry, ISO 9001:2015/AS9100:2016 (Rev D).

AS9100 certification is a third-party certification requiring companies to demonstrate their capability to meet the stringent, complex and unique requirements of the defense and commercial aerospace industry. AS9100 certification comprises more than 100 additional requirements over ISO 9001:2015 and is specific to the aerospace industry.

This certification is the result of MachineTek demonstrating, on an annual basis, strict audit requirements and rigorous evaluation of its manufacturing processes to achieve the high standard of quality required in this industry.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

All manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense articles, related technical data and defense services are required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Registration is primarily a means to provide the U.S. Government with necessary information on who is involved in certain manufacturing, exporting and brokering activities.

U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP)

JCP certification establishes the eligibility of a U.S. or Canadian contractor to receive technical data governed, in the U.S., by Department of Defense (DOD) Directive 5230.25 and, in Canada, by the Technical Data Control Regulations (TDCR).
