Wisconsin Oven
Wisconsin Oven
Used for drying and heat forming honeycomb material, this large oven is also used for honeycomb edge bonding (splicing) and potting. The oven’s Allen Bradley computer control allows for programmed heat cycles. Thermocouple connections enable precise monitoring of temperatures on and within heating fixtures and parts. Vacuum connections allow vacuum-bagged parts to maintain vacuum throughout the oven cycle. Network connectivity allows capturing multiple channels of data (thermocouples, vacuum transducers, and other parameters) for real-time and historical analysis and to provide finished part documentation.
